We Create Uniforms in Partnership with You, Imprinting the Spirit of Those Who Work.
“印” (In) is a Japanese character that represents a symbol or impression, or the act of leaving a lasting trace or imprint.
This service is named after “印半纏(Shirushi banten)“, traditional Japanese uniform that is dyed with symbols such as family crests or business names.
We believe that uniforms are the attire of working individuals.
At times, uniforms enhance a space with their form; at times, they reflect the wearer’s thoughts; and at times, they tell the story of the path the wearer has walked.
Through our fully custom-made uniform service, we work with artisans from all over Japan, who have been crafting kimonos for an extended period,
to help express your thoughts and intentions into the attire.

Our Commitment
Our Commitment

01.Craftsmanship
Fabric woven in Japan,
sewn with Japanese precision.
Through our journey of craftsmanship, we have encountered artisans from vibrant and culturally rich regions across Japan, who share our vision and dedication.Unlike mass-produced uniforms, we offer meticulously crafted pieces, created together with the artisans, with attention to detail in every item.

02.Comprehensive Support
From design consultation to aftercare.
We take each customer’s thoughts and intentions into account, working together to create uniforms. Our dedicated staff provide comprehensive support, offering expert advice on materials and design, and continuing to assist with aftercare even after delivery. We believe that uniforms should not be discarded when they show signs of wear, but rather repaired and cherished for years to come.

03.Tradition & Innovation
Craftsmanship rooted in Tradition and Innovation by Yamato, a Kimono Specialty Brand Founded in 1917.
Based on our vision—“Creating an exciting world through the lens of the kimono.”—we honor both tradition and a spirit of challenge.
From traditional Japanese workwear to original, customized designs, we meet a wide range of needs.

Sarutahiko Coffee
“The Bridge Harajuku Station”
We designed the bib apron based on the traditional Japanese workwear ‘homaekake,’ to complement the serene, Japanese-inspired space. The blue fabric, which is the Sarutahiko Coffee’s signature color, is ‘Katakai Momen,’ a woven cotton fabric that was developed alongside the Mingei(Japanese Folk Craft) movement. We create this fabric from indigo-dyed threads at a workshop located in Katakai Town, Ojiya City, Niigata Prefecture, crafting original pieces.

148 kawaracho
– A Japanese Historic House Hotel
Hotel ‘148 Kawaracho’ opened in the castle town of Tatsuno City, Hyogo Prefecture. We produced uniforms for the front desk staff, who also serve as the town’s tourist information center.Near the hotel, there are historic soy sauce warehouses, and with the town’s atmosphere in mind, we designed a ‘haori’ with an accent at the collar made from ‘moromi* bags’ used in the soy sauce production process.
*The fermented mash of soybeans, wheat, and salt in the soy sauce brewing process.
“TATSUNO ART SCENE”
– An Arts & Culture Festival
We produced staff uniforms for the ‘ TATSUNO ART SCENE,’ an Arts & Culture Festival that started in Tatsuno City, Hyogo Prefecture.Using cotton kimono fabric from Kurume, Fukuoka, we placed a bold crest on the back, evoking the workwear worn by artisans in the soy sauce warehouses, the venue of the event. We used tenugui fabric dyed with the Chusen technique from Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Prefecture for the emblem. Even if the emblem design changes, the uniform can continue to be used by replacing the tenugui.
